Abstract

Crouzon syndrome is a congenital defect, characterized by a pathological premature fusion of the cranial sutures, producing an abnormal growth of the skull, facial asymmetry and hypoplasia of the maxilla. The present clinical case describes the orthodontic-surgical management of a 45-year-old female patient with Crouzon syndrome who presents with skeletal class III, severe crowding, and other dental disorders.
