Abstract

Objective: Analyze the effect and speed caused by the incorporation of 0.2 and 2% Clorhexidine Digluconate in restorative procedures as an inhibiting agent of proteolytic activity. Materials and methods: A scientific scientific analysis of literature was carried out in clinical research published in renowned scientific journals. For this review, the page of a woman less suitable for the rest, Results: The application of 2% chlorhexidine digluconate guarantees the duration of the restorations, preserving the hybrid capacity and inhibiting the activity of the metalloproteinases. At the same time, it greatly increases its longevity. Conclusion: The contribution of the antibacterial agent in chlorhexidine digluconate solution incorporated in the prolonged conventional adhesion protocols to the degradation of collagen fibers in the exposed hybrid layer; This retarding effect on the degradation and deterioration of the collagen fibers exposed to Chlorhexidine showed an adhesive region with complete integrity in the normal structure of the red collagen, which in turn let to an increase in its stability and longevity.
